Via Colori Beginings

Via Colori is a street painting festival. You use bio-degradable chalk on sidewalks and streets for a two day period while people walk by and watch.

This is during the first day, year 2003. My first year at Via Colori in Columbus, OH. Highway 315 just prior to reopening.
